MANUFACTURING
Stemedica maintains some of the most technologically advanced stem cell manufacturing facilities in the world. Our manufacturing process is subject to stringent licensing procedures in order to ensure consistency and high quality across all our products.
Our laboratory and manufacturing facility in San Diego, California is a licensed cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) facility by the State Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Branch. We also have additional laboratory and manufacturing facilities operating under cGMP compliance in Lausanne, Switzerland and Soul, Korea. Our facilities provide us with redundancy, enabling regionally focused distribution.
All our facilities contain master banks and working banks of stem cell lines geared for pre-clinical and clinical studies. Each facility manufactures stem cells using our proprietary low-oxygen methodology, enabling us to produce pharmacological-scale stem cells at higher quantities with no batch-to-batch variability. As a result, we have consistently manufactured large amounts of high-quality, potent cells, while keeping costs down for our clients.
