Heather Vinograd joins us from Smith, Lange & Phillips LLP, one of the top privately-held accounting firms in the San Francisco area, where she was a Supervisor and specialized in financial statement audits and business valuations. Heather also has consulting experience in assisting management with developing accounting policies and procedures, due diligence projects and financial statement analysis. Heather has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
