Dr Howe brings over 35 years of experience as a clinical doctor to his role at Stemedica as Vice President and Medical Director. Dr Howe is responsible for developing the specific disease treatment protocols that are implemented at Stemedica Licensed Treatment centers worldwide. He is committed to providing patients with realistic stem cell treatment options that impact quality of life beyond what they have experienced using traditional medical care options. Dr Howe also works with the independent Medical Ethics Committee that monitors application and efficacy of the treatment protocols as applied to specific patients.

Dr. Howe is also the owner and Medical Director of the San Diego Clinic of Preventive Medicine, which is a private medical clinic specializing in the most current treatments in alternative, as well as mainstream medicine. Both a medical physician, and a chiropractor, Dr. Howe has also had extensive training in clinical and incorporates this natural approach to health into treatment regimes for patients.

Dr. Howe is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College for Advancement in Medicine, and the American College of Osteopathic Pain Managements and Sclerotherapy.
