Andrew Rothenberg has had a business career in many diverse businesses from investment banking to telecommunications.
He is a former Deloitte & Touche Tax Partner in the New York office specializing in mergers and acquisitions and international tax, performing due diligence and structuring large acquisitions for clients.
He was the Chief Tax Officer and VP - Strategic Tax Planning at SAIC, a $10 billion, 44,000 employee company involved in scientific research, government information systems, telecommunications software and the original owner of the .com domain registry.
He was the Vice President and Chief Tax Officer of Zurich Capital Markets, Zurich Re and Centre Re which are part of Zurich Financial Services.
He worked as Vice President of Tax Planning at Drexel Burnham Lambert, one of the premier and most innovative investment banks of its time.
He is a CPA and holds a MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University as well as a post-graduate degree in Tax from NYU.
He has written many articles in the field of taxation as well as lectured and appeared on television.
