GARY M. PETRUCCI

Gary M. Petrucci is a Senior Vice President-Investments at UBS Financial Services.

Mr. Petrucci joined Piper Jaffray in 1968 as a Financial Advisor and continued working with Piper Jaffray until the sale to UBS Financial Services in August 2006. He served on the Piper Jaffray Board of Directors from 1981-1995. While at Piper Jaffray, Mr. Petrucci received the Fred Sirianni Award fourteen times since the award began in 1980. The award symbolized the top producing Investment Executive at Piper Jaffray. In January 2005, this award was renamed in his honor. In 2003, Gary received the Distinguished Alumni Award from his alma mater, St. Cloud State University. The award recognized Mr. Petrucci's business achievements and community service.

Mr. Petrucci has served or is serving as a Chairman or member on the Boards of Cardiovascular Systems Inc., National Urology Board, America's Back, Lettieri's, Inc., and St. Cloud State University Foundation. Gary is a member of Ducks Unlimited and was a valuable member of the Piper Jaffray United Way Campaign.

Gary received a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University and conducted graduate work in Finance at the University of Minnesota. Mr. Petrucci is a graduate of the Wharton School's Securities Industry Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
